Setting Up ShipNsync Ecommerce Integration in ShipBoss
Note: The ShipNsync feature is in beta. Keep in mind that there may bugs and issues. Please give our team feedback on any issues you encounter to help us improve the feature.
This guide walks you through the steps to connect your Magento, WooCommerce, or Shopify store with ShipBoss, enabling seamless synchronization of orders and products.
Step 1: Navigate to E-commerce Integrations
- Log in to your ShipBoss account.
- Navigate to the Admin page by clicking on the “Admin” section in the navigation bar.
- Select "E-commerce Integrations" from the Admin menu.
Step 2: Add New Integration
- In the E-commerce Integrations section, click on "Add Integration" to open the setup pop-up.
- You'll see a dropdown for "Channel Type". Select your E-commerce platform from the options: Magento, WooCommerce, or Shopify.
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials
- After selecting your channel, input the necessary credentials for your E-commerce store. These credentials vary by platform but typically include API keys, store URL, and access tokens.
- Ensure the "Activate" checkbox is checked to enable the integration.
Step 4: Save and Sync
- Click "Save" to store your integration settings. ShipBoss will then create a new tab or page called "syncNship".
- The syncNship section will automatically pull in all orders from your connected E-commerce channel, along with the products.
Step 5: Order Management in syncNship
- Refresh Orders: Update the order list to include any new orders from your store.
- Download Labels: Download shipping labels for individual orders.
- Bulk Create Labels: Generate shipping labels for multiple orders at once.
- The orders table displays information such as platform (channel), customer name, order date, products, total quantity, quantity shipped, remaining quantity, order ID, status, and an option to modify the shipment.
Step 6: Modifying Shipments
- Clicking on "Modify Shipment" next to an order allows you to edit the shipping details, including "from" and "to" addresses, package details, and add products to the package.
- After adjustments, click "Get Rates" to choose a carrier, then save your settings.
Step 7: Creating Shipping Labels
- To create shipping labels, select the orders by checking the boxes next to the desired rows, then click the "Create Labels" button at the top of the page.
