History Page

The History page is where you may view your shipments, check tracking, and perform additional actions.





Shipment History Page



The History page is where you may view your shipments, check tracking, and perform additional actions.

To access your Shipment History, navigate to the History tab.


Your shipments appear in list view. You may search by tracking number or filter by user (available for admin users).


Tracking a Shipment track a package



You may view tracking updates from within ShipBoss by clicking on the tracking number. This will bring up a floating window with tracking updates.




Package Details



You may view package details including weight and charges by clicking on the** View Package Details** button. The info will display in a floating window.


Additional Actions


You may perform additional actions on your Shipment by clicking on the Actions dropdown.



Print Label



Print your label directly from the History page. The label will open in a new window and you may print or download it as a PDF file.

Email Label



The label will be emailed directly to the shipment’s Sender Contact person when you select Send by Email form the Actions dropdown.



Create a Pickup on your Shipment


Create a pickup on your shipment directly from the History page by selecting Create Pickup from the Actions dropdown.


Void a Shipment


Cancel a shipment by selecting Void in the Actions dropdown. You will see confirmation indicating the shipment was successfully canceled.


Duplicate a Shipment



You may quickly duplicate a previous shipment from the History page by selecting Duplicate under the Actions dropdown.

You will be brought to the Ship page and the To and From addresses will be duplicated along with package details and rates.
