Introduction

Reoccurring pickups on ShipBoss allow you to schedule automatic pickups for your daily shipments. This feature makes the shipping process more efficient and saves you time by eliminating the need to manually schedule pickups every day.

How to Schedule a Recurring Pickup

Log in to your ShipBoss account.
Navigate to the 'Pickups' page by clicking on the 'Pickups' link in the header.



On the Pickups page, click on the 'Recurring Pickup' tab.
Click the 'Schedule Recurring Pickup' button.
Select the carrier of your choice from the options available.



Enter your pickup address by choosing a pickup address from the address book drop-down, searching an address through the address search field, or filling out the form manually.



Enter your contact details including your name, company, email, and phone number.



Enter the details of your pickup, including the average number of packages, average total weight, service, ready time, close time, and any notes.



Click 'Submit Pickup' to save the information and schedule a pickup automatically each day using the data entered.

Cost

Recurring pickups on ShipBoss cost $18 a week. Billing for this feature starts the week following the first pickup.

Note

If for whatever reason the pickup was unable to be scheduled, you will be notified with a notification on the ShipBoss website and an email letting you know that the pickup was not able to be scheduled.
