How to File a Claim for a Damaged or Lost Shipment

If your shipment arrived damaged—or never arrived at all—you can file a claim by following the steps below.

We will coordinate with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) on your behalf, so please send all claim-related materials directly to us.

Step 1: Start a Claim (Email or In-App Chat)

To initiate a claim, you can either email us or send the details through the in-app chat within the software.

- "Claim – Damaged Package [Tracking Number]"
- "Claim – Lost Package [Tracking Number]"
In-app chat: Open the chat inside the software and send the same claim details (including the tracking number). You can use the same wording as the email subject line as your first line/message.

Step 2: Provide Required Information and Documentation

In the body of the email, please include or attach:

1. Invoice

A copy of the invoice showing the value of the item(s).

2. Merchandise Description

A detailed description of the product(s): brand, model, color, size, serial number (if applicable), quantity, and, if available, weight.
For lost shipments, include as many specifics as possible to help locate the package.

3. Photos (for Damaged Packages)

Step 1: Access the UPS Developer Portal

Go to UPS Developer Portal.
Log in with your UPS account credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Apps Section

Once logged in, locate and click on the "Apps" or "My Apps" section.

Step 3: Create a New App

In the Apps section, click on "Add Apps >" to create a new application.
Complete the form with the following details:

The admin Page is where you will manage invoices, manage users and roles, and order supplies.

To access your admin features, head over to the Admin tab.

Navigating to the Bulk Uploads Page

Once you've logged in, you'll find yourself on the New Shipment page. From here, look at the header where you'll find the Bulk Shipments link:

Click on the Bulk Shipments link to access the Bulk Uploads feature.

Once on the Bulk Shipments page, you'll see a toggle on the right side of the title. This lets you display archived files with the same structure as the regular bulk shipments table.

There are two key buttons on the left side of the page:

"Upload Shipments": Clicking this allows you to select a CSV file from your computer to upload.
"Download Sample": This downloads a CSV file that contains the headers your CSV file should have. It's recommended to use this file as a template for your own CSV data.

Below these buttons, you'll find a table containing information about the files you've uploaded. The table includes the following columns:

Date (when the file was uploaded)
File Name (the name of the uploaded file)
