Overview
ShipBoss allows users to update their password through the account settings. This guide will walk you through the steps to securely change your password. ---
Accessing the Password Update Section
- Click on your Initials Icon located in the upper-right corner of the page.
- A dropdown menu will appear with the following options:
- Settings
- Account
- Logout
- Click on Account to access your account settings.
- By default, you will land on the Update Password tab.
Changing Your Password
- In the Update Password section, enter your current password.
- Type your new password in the designated field.
- Re-enter your new password to confirm.
- Click Save to update your password.
Best Practices
- Choose a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Avoid using easily guessed passwords such as birthdays or common words.
