Managing Payment Information in ShipBoss
Overview
ShipBoss allows users to manage their account settings, including updating their password and adding payment methods. This guide will walk you through accessing the payment information section and adding an ACH or credit card. ---
Accessing the Payment Information Section
- Click on your Initials Icon located in the upper-right corner of the page.
- A dropdown menu will appear with the following options:
- Settings
- Account
- Logout
- Click on Account to access your account settings.
- By default, the page will open on the Update Password tab.
- Click on the Payment Information tab to proceed.
Adding a Payment Method
Once in the Payment Information tab:
- Choose your preferred payment method:
- ACH (Automated Clearing House)
- Credit Card
- Enter the required details for your chosen payment method.
- Click Save to store your payment information.

- Ensure that your payment information is up to date to avoid service interruptions.
